THIS MOTORCYLCIST was crossing a busy intersection when she saw a tiny kitten scampering about in the middle of the road.

She stopped to pick it up, and the GoPro on her helmet caught the whole thing. You can just about see the kitten at the start of the video, so small she thought it was “a leaf”.

Phew! That was a close one.

After the video went viral on Reddit, the motorcyclist was revealed to be the user Your_Brain_On_Pizza – she says she’s going to keep the kitten, which she called Skidmark (aw) for now:

Left my number for the person who was possibly driving the car he fell out of, but if it turns out he is theirs, I am hesitant to return him. I mean, they let him end up on the busiest road in town. I would have to have some MAJOR reassurance that he has some very good living conditions.

Well, it looks like he’s found a very good home with his rescuer. Go Skidmark!
